Environmental Process
An environmental document will be prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Much remains to be done in the environmental process, and field studies are being conducted to determine the level of CEQA and NEPA environmental documentation necessary for this project. The environmental document will be circulated to other agencies and the public for comment before selecting the preferred alternative.
